Who is responsible

UAB Ivio, Lithuania, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@tryivio.com.

What we collect

Checkout details. Your email address and the card you pay with, processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your full card number. On the checkout page Stripe also runs its own fraud checks, which need its scripts and cookies to work.
Usage analytics, only if you accept cookies. Pages you visit, buttons you click and, where enabled, recordings of how you move through a page, with anything you type hidden. Measured with PostHog and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

To take your order, contact you about it and refund it if needed (contract).
To prevent payment fraud (legitimate interest).
To measure our website, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under Cookie settings below.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), PostHog (analytics), Meta (ad measurement) and our hosting provider. Some of them process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Payment and order records for as long as tax law requires. Analytics data for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, object to its use, or complain to your data protection authority. Email us to do any of this.
