Ivio is operated by UAB Ivio, Lithuania. You can reach us at support@tryivio.com.

Plans and payment

The monthly plan is billed every month and the yearly plan every year, until you stop it. Your plan starts the day you buy.

Refunds

Within 14 days of your purchase you can ask for a full refund. See the refund policy.

Stopping your plan

Stop your plan any time by emailing support@tryivio.com. It runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days of checkout without giving a reason, by emailing us, and we refund the full amount within 14 days.

Using Ivio

Ivio suggests creative briefs based on public ad libraries, your website and the ad results you connect. You decide what to produce and run, and you remain responsible for your ads complying with the policies of the platforms you advertise on.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan, we email you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. This does not take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
